Tata Motors Ltd. hosted an Investors Day for the Jaguar Land Rover business. The management re-iterated key focus areas over medium term such as -
- positive cash-flow from FY23 (versus FY22 targeted earlier due to one-time write down of £1.5 billion),
- double-digit Ebit margin by FY26 and
- to achieve 20% electric vehicle contribution in volumes by FY26.
The main focus is on profit over volumes while doubling market share in strong profitability segments like Land Rover (such as Range Rover and Velar).
