Bharat Forge
- Divests its entire stake in Kalyani Polytechnic Pvt. Ltd.
- Kalyani Polytechnic now ceases to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Ltd.
IL&FS Transportation Networks
- Joint venture with IL&FS Engineering & Construction bags projects under Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC)
- Project for widening and reconstruction of Ganj-Rajnagar Road, Laundi-Mahoba Road, Nawgong-Srinagar Road and Baxwaha-Dalpatpur road
