Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. appointed Srishti Sethi as new group chief risk officer for five years, with effect from June 12, the company said in the exchange filing.

Olectra Greentech Ltd. share price declined 0.77% to Rs 1,212.50 after the company said that its Chairman & Managing Director KV Pradeep resigned. However, the share price quickly recovered to trade 1.01% higher at Rs 1,235 apiece as of 2:47 p.m.
