TCS and Wipro were the other major IT firms which announced their Q4 results last week. Tata Consultancy Services notably reporting a sharp sequential rebound in profit and a healthy growth in revenue, even though final dividend payout for the full year was slightly lower than expected. Whereas, Wipro Ltd.'s net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 went up over 12% sequentially, as per an exchange filing on Thursday.

Several stocks also carry notable estimated dividend yield potential based on Bloomberg estimates and last traded prices.

Nestle India's FY26 dividend is estimated at Rs 14.56 per share, according to Bloomberg data. The forecast puts the company's payout in focus after recent years delivered mixed outcomes against Street expectations.
The analyst range is wide. Among analysts tracked by Bloomberg, the lowest estimate stands at Rs seven per share, while the highest estimate is Rs 32 per share. During the ongoing financial year, Nestle had already announced an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share.
The estimates matter because dividend trends often shape investor expectations on shareholder returns. A payout near the consensus forecast would mark a rise from the Rs 13.5 per share dividend announced for FY25.

E2E Networks Q4 Results Highlights (QoQ)
The Bank of Maharashtra shares rose as much as 5.8% to Rs 76.95 apiece, this is the highest level since Feb. 27. However it ended 2.87% higher at Rs 74.82 per share. The shares rose 20.58% year-to-date and 54.59% in the last 12 months.
All five analysts tracking the company maintain a 'buy' rating according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target stands at Rs 83.33 indicating an upside of 11.4%.
HCLTech is expected to report muted growth in the March quarter, with margins seen under pressure as seasonal weakness in the software business, wage hikes and restructuring costs weigh on profitability.
The constant currency growth for the quarter is expected in the range of a decline of 1.7% to 0.5%, according to analyst consensus estimates tracked by Bloomberg Net employee additions are estimated at 5,241. Bloomberg estimates also indicate FY26 revenue growth of 4.53% in constant currency terms and FY27 growth of 5.78%.

India's fast-moving consumer goods companies are expected to report steady March-quarter demand, supported by volume growth and improving channel conditions, while rising input costs may begin to weigh on margins.
Brokerages broadly expect sector revenue growth in the high single digits for the March quarter, with food and beverage companies likely to outperform household and personal care peers. Demand trends in India are seen as stable to improving through most of the quarter, though unseasonal weather in March and supply disruptions linked to tensions in West Asia may have affected select seasonal categories and overseas markets.

The Maggi maker is scheduled to announce its fourth quarter results on Tuesday.
Bloomberg estimates indicate revenue may rise 12% year-on-year, while Ebitda is seen up 8% and profit up 5%. Margin is expected to moderate to 24.21% from 25.23% a year earlier. Underlying volume growth is projected at 3.75%, pointing to continued demand resilience despite a softer consumption backdrop.
Over 15 companies will declare the results for Q4FY26 on April 21. Major companies that will announce fourth-quarter results on April 21 include HCLTech, Nestle India, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) and Persistent Systems. Some of these companies may also announce dividends. Many of them have also announced the schedule for their earnings call to discuss the results for Q4FY26.
Fisdom reported a loss of Rs 10 crore. It was acquired in October 2025 and is in early stages of integration and scale. Billionbrains Garage Ventures expect it to be profitable in FY28.
The asset management business for Groww (aka “Growwmf”) is still very nascent and sub-scale. Growwmf made a loss of Rs 21.4 crore in Q4 FY26. For it to be profitable, we need to grow our AUM 5 - 6x and this is expected to be achieved over the next few years.
