MPS Ltd. announced 100% acquisition of eLearning firm, E.I Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for a total consideration Rs 400 million in cash.
E.I Design is a custom eLearning content development company, with annualised runrate of ~Rs 400 million (10 months-FY22 revenues of Rs 320 million).
With this transaction MPS aims to strengthen its e-Learning division with extended capabilities and scalability potential. Transaction is expected to close by May 2022.
