Mumbai-based Artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics firm Fractal Analytics is set to launch its initial public offering on Feb. 9. Ahead of the opening, primary market investors are keeping a close watch on the grey market premium (GMP) of the IPO to gauge market sentiment.
The mainboard public issue will remain open for subscription till Feb. 11. Here's a look at the latest GMP and other key details about the Fractal Analytics IPO.
Fractal Analytics IPO GMP
According to InvestorGain, the latest grey market premium (GMP) for the Fractal Analytics IPO stood at Rs 57, as of Feb. 6. Given the IPO price band upper limit of Rs 900, the GMP suggests an estimated listing price of Rs 957 per share. This indicates an expected listing gain of around 6.33% per share over the issue price.
The GMP for the mainboard issue has declined significantly ahead of its share sale on Monday. Shares of Fractal Analytics are currently trading at a 6% premium in the private market. Earlier, the GMP for the mainboard IPO was Rs 105 per share, suggesting a potential listing gain of around 11.67% over the upper end of the price band.

Fractal Analytics IPO Details
Fractal Analytics IPO is a book-building issue worth Rs 2,833.9 crore. It includes a fresh issue of 1.14 crore shares, amounting to Rs 1,023.5 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 2.01 crore shares, worth Rs 1,810.40 crore. The price band for this IPO has been fixed at Rs 857 to Rs 900 per share.
The lot size for the IPO consists of 16 shares. Retail investors are required to apply for at least a single lot size, amounting to a minimum investment of Rs 14,400 at the upper limit of the price band per application.
The IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on Feb. 12. Shares of Fractal Analytics Ltd. are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Feb. 16.

Fractal Analytics IPO Business And Financials
Founded in March 2000, Fractal Analytics is a global AI and analytics firm. It helps large enterprises make smarter decisions by combining technical expertise with strong domain and functional knowledge.
Use of Proceeds
Fractal Analytics plans to use the IPO proceeds for several purposes. This includes investing in its subsidiary, Fractal USA, to repay borrowings and to invest in new office infrastructure in India. It also plans to invest in research, development and sales under Fractal Alpha, as well as spend funds for inorganic growth and acquisitions.
Financials
For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, Fractal Analytics reported total income of Rs 2,816.20 crore, up from Rs 2,241.9 crore in the preceding financial year. Profit after tax stood at Rs 220.6 crore in FY25, compared to a loss of Rs 54.70 crore in FY24. Ebitda rose sharply to Rs 398 crore from Rs 97.2 crore in FY24.
