HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and IDFC First Bank are set to announce their results for the fourth quarter of FY26 this month. While HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank will announce results in the third week of the month, IDFC First Bank will declare results in the fourth week.
HDFC Bank Q4 Results: Date And Dividend News
In an exchange filing dated March 24, HDFC Bank said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 18 to approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31.
The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26, including fixation of the record date for the same.
As per SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the window for trading in securities of the bank is closed from March 25 to April 20 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees and their immediate relatives.

ICICI Bank Q4 Results: Date And Dividend News
ICICI Bank will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on April 18 to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31. It will also consider recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY26.
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 to 20.
IDFC First Bank Q4 Results: Date And Dividend News
In an exchange filing dated March 27, IDFC First Bank said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 25 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the bank for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31.
