Bajaj Auto Ltd. is scheduled to announce the results for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26 next month. A leading manufacturer of two and three-wheelers, the company accounts for 26% of the two-wheeler and 76% of the three-wheeler market share globally. Bajaj Auto is part of the larger Bajaj Group and is known for its iconic models like the Chetak scooter and Pulsar motorcycles.
Bajaj Auto Q4 Results: Date And Dividend News
In an exchange filing dated April 13, Bajaj Auto said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 6 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March.
The Board of Directors will also consider a proposal for the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, the company informed the bourses.
Bajaj Auto Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 to May 8.

Bajaj Auto March 2026 Sales
Bajaj Auto recorded a 20% year-on-year (YoY) increase in sales to 4,45,377 units in March 2026 from 3,69,823 units in March 2025. Sale of commercial vehicles rose 20% YoY to 64,904 units in March from 54,091 units in March 204. Two-wheeler sales grew 20% YoY to 2,21,021 units in Mach from 1,83,659 units a year ago.
