IPOs This Week: Arisinfra Solutions Sole Mainboard Issue, Five SMEs In Line

India's primary market enters the third week of June with six new initial public offerings and three listing. The companies set to launch their maiden share sales include Mayasheel Ventures Ltd., Arisinfra Solutions Ltd., Influx Healthtech Ltd. and Eppeltone Engineers Ltd. among others.

Arisinfra Solutions Ltd. is the only mainboard IPO for the week, opening on June 18. The company has determined the issue price to be in the range of Rs 210 to Rs 222. It plans to raise up to Rs 500 crore, with the entire amount coming from a fresh issuance of 2.25 crore shares.

The other issues set to open this week—Mayasheel Ventures Ltd., Influx Healthtech Ltd., Eppeltone Engineers Ltd., Patil Automation Ltd., and Samay Project Services Ltd.—are small and medium enterprise IPOs.

Meanwhile, the mainboard IPO of Oswal Pumps Ltd. which opened on June 13 will close on June 17. The stock will be listed on exchanges on Friday, June 20.

The IPO of the pump manufacturer was subscribed 0.42 times on its first day. Non-institutional investors subscribed 0.79 times.

Aten Papers & Foam and Monolithisch India were the other two IPOs which opened for subscription last week—on June 13 and June 12, respectively. These IPOs will also close this week, with shares listing on the bourses later.
