(Bloomberg) -- President Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, the White House said, as a U.S. investigation intensified into alleged Kremlin meddling in the 2016 election campaign to help Trump win.
The call came on the same day that Putin praised Trump's record in office and blamed allegations of collusion between Russia and the White House on “spy-mania.”
