(Bloomberg) -- President-elect Donald Trump said he will ask intelligence committees in Congress to investigate what he said was a leak of a top-secret report on Russian hacking to NBC News.
"I am asking the chairs of the House and Senate committees to investigate top secret intelligence shared with NBC prior to me seeing it," Trump said on Twitter on Friday, shortly before he was to receive a briefing on the report from the leaders of U.S. intelligence agencies. The report is expected to document the intelligence community's conclusion that the Russian government attempted to manipulate the U.S. election by hacking into Democratic Party e-mail accounts and publicly releasing the comments.
