Covid-19 India Updates: Fresh Cases Drop Below 5,000; Daily Deaths At 20

Fresh Covid-19 cases in India fell from a day earlier, dropping below the 5,000-mark.

The country added 4,369 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry’s update as of 8 a.m. on Sept. 13.

The active tally continued to decline, falling to 46,347.

• Total confirmed cases: 4,45,04,949

• Total number of active cases: 46,347

• Total patients cured/discharged/migrated: 4,39,30,417

• Total deaths: 5,28,185

• Number of fresh cases in last 24 hours: 4,369

• One-day recoveries: 5,178

• One-day deaths: 20

• Total vaccines administered: 2,15,47,80,693

• Vaccines administered in the last 24 hours: 21,67,644
