(Bloomberg) -- Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz has all but clinched another year leading the U.S. luxury market. Heading into December, the carmaker outsold rival BMW AG by more than 30,000 vehicles, or about an entire month's worth of deliveries. Automakers will report December results on Jan. 3 and close out the first year of declining industry demand since 2009.
