(Bloomberg) -- Trian reports PPG Industries stake as of June 30 after confidential treatment for the holding expired on Sept. 28, the investor said in an amended 13F filing.
- Trian held 2.59 million PPG shares as of June 30, valued at about $269 million, according to the filing
- Shares rose 5.1 percent to $103.61 in post-market trading of 49,710 shares
