IndusInd Bank Chief Human Resources Officer Zubin Mody Resigns After 20-Year Stint
Mody, who has been with IndusInd Bank since December 2005, is stepping down to explore new professional avenues after two decades of service.
IndusInd Bank Ltd. announced on Thursday the resignation of Chief Human Resources Officer Zubin Mody, effective Oct. 24, 2025.
Mody, who has been with IndusInd Bank since December 2005, is stepping down to explore new professional avenues after two decades of service, according to the exchange filing.
"After 20 years of a remarkable and fulfilling career with the Bank, I wish to pursue new opportunities outside. Hence, I have made this very difficult decision to resign from the services of the Bank," Mody said in his resignation letter.
He expressed appreciation for the support he received during his tenure and added that he would remain available to ensure a smooth transition.
"I take this opportunity to thank the Board, my colleagues and all stakeholders of the Bank for their trust and support during my tenure. I wish the Bank and my colleagues the very best for the future,” he stated.
Mody is a Physics Honours graduate from Mumbai University and holds a management degree in Personnel Management & Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he headed the HR function at ICICI Lombard and held senior HR roles at ICICI Bank, where he was responsible for performance management and compensation.
His earlier career also included stints at FMCG companies such as Marico Industries and Heinz India, where he worked across organisation development, recruitment, training, and compensation.
