Free incoming calls on domestic roaming will be for both prepaid and postpaid users.
New Delhi: Telecom operator Idea Cellular today announced free incoming calls on domestic roaming and unveiled international roaming value packs that, it claimed, would prevent "bill shocks" to those travelling abroad.
