Dilip Buildcon Ltd. listed on the exchanges at Rs 240 a share, a premium of 9.6 percent to its issue price of Rs 219.
The company had raised Rs 654 crore from the initial public offering, which was priced in the Rs 214-219 per share band. The issue was open from August 1 to August 3, and was subscribed 20.95 times.
The company will use the proceeds from the share sale to repay debt, and for working capital requirements, according to its filings on the exchanges.
Dilip Buildcon is a road-focused engineering, procurement and construction contractor. It also has an infrastructure development business, wherein it develops and maintains roads and highways.
