Britannia Industries Ltd. has named Rajneet Kohli as executive director and chief executive officer with effect from Sept. 26, it said in an exchange filing.
Before joining the company, Kohli was working with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., and has also held leadership roles in Asian Paints Ltd. and Coca-Cola.
"His experience of building high performance businesses and profitable brands is strongly aligned to our vision of becoming a 'Responsible Global Total Foods Company'," Varun Berry, managing director and executive vice chairman, at Britannia, said in a statement.
"Rajneet's proven track record of scaling up businesses and building highly engaged teams makes him a perfect fit for the organization. I look forward to partnering with Rajneet to lead us to the next phase of growth,'' he said.
