Adani Green Energy Ltd. reported a 37% year-on-year growth in energy sales during the nine month period ending Dec. 31, 2025, propelled by robust capacity additions and strong operational performance. The company's revenue rose by 25% to Rs 8,508 crore.
Its operating income, denoted under earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, also recorded strong growth, increasing by 24% to Rs 7,921 crore. With this performance, the company achieved an industry‑leading EBITDA margin of 91.5%.
In the third quarter, revenue jumped 12% to Rs 2,618 crore. Ebitda rose 19% to Rs 2,241 crore. Margin expanded to 85.6% from 80.3%.
"Strong revenue and EBITDA growth are primarily backed by robust greenfield capacity addition of 5.6 GW, deployment of advanced RE technologies, strong plant performance and commissioning of new capacities in resource rich sites in Khavda, Gujarat and Rajasthan," a statement said.
“In calendar year 2026, Adani Green Energy has continued its exceptional growth trajectory, adding 5.6 GW of renewable energy capacity—representing nearly 14% of all new solar and wind capacity installed across India. This achievement further cements our position as the country's leading green energy provider, with our operational capacity now reaching 17.2 GW," said CEO Ashish Khanna.
