Xiaomi showcased its new line of smartphones, the Xiaomi 15 and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra at the Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona on Monday. Both these smartphone s tout some respectable specs and features. Camera, processor to RAM and storage, check them out.

Xiaomi 15 Specifications

The Xiaomi 15 runs on a Snapdragon 18 elite chip, with a Adreno graphical processing unit, it has a 2 x Prime Core, up to 4.32GHz and a 6x Performance Core, up to 3.53GHz.

It is powered by a Qualcomm AI engine. The phone has a LPDDR5X RAM and comes in the 12GB RAM and 256 GB storage variety and a 12GB RAM with 512GB storage.

It also packs a CrystalRes AMOLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra Specifications

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra, a premium smartphone variant in the Xiaomi 15 series comes with a built-in dual SIM feature.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is equipped with a 5,410mAh silicon carbon battery, supporting 90W fast charging and 80W wireless charging.

It has a HyperOS 2 skin running on top. It is scheduled to receive four OS upgrades.

The handset is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm, which is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM similar to the base model.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra sports a 6.73-inch WQHD+ (1,440x3,200 pixels) quad curved LTPO AMOLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate.
