The Samsung Galaxy S25 series, which includes Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra models, may launch at Samsung's 'Unpacked' event on Jan. 22, 2025.

The new Samsung Galaxy S25 mobile phones are anticipated to have Qi2 wireless charging using extended power profile technology, according to a user's post on X.
The new models are expected to not use 'MagSafe' charging technology that uses magnets, instead opting for a wirless 'EPP' style of charging, which is meant to charge the device faster at the speed of 25 watt instead of the existing 15W limit.
According to the recent leaks, the phones are likely to have the same battery sizes as previous Samsung Galaxy S24 devices.
I can confirm Galaxy S25 series will have Qi2 wireless charging standard. However, it will use the standard Qi2 without magnet (aka MagSafe) so only upgrade so far is wireless speed up to 25W instead of 15W.
