Oppo F29 Specs

According to a post on X by tipster Yogesh Brar, the Oppo F29 smartphone is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC chipset, and have a 6.7-inch Full High Definition Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Brar said the smartphone is expected to cost anywhere between Rs 25,000- 30,000.

It is also expected to have an aluminium alloy frame, with the company confirming that the phone is designed to be extremely durable, sporting a '360 degree armour body' . The smartphone is also expected to offer protection against liquid damage. This safety feature can guard the phone against harm 18 different forms of liquids including tea, water, coffee, milk and soda.

It has a waterproof rating of IP69, IP68, IP66 according to the company.

The phone can also conduct underwater photography, and is expected to have a 50MP rear camera with auto focus features.

It also comes with a 'hunter antenna' to boost mobile network strength up to 300% according to the company.

In the charging department, the phone's battery has a capacity of 6,500 mAh which the company touted as "the largest battery" on an F series ever.

It also has a SUPERVOOC flash charge feature with a charging speed of 45 W.

The base model is expected to come in 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM +256 GB storage variants.

It will be available in 'Solid Purple' and 'Glacier Blue' colours.
