What Is Sora Turbo? Features, Pricing, More
In a blog, OpenAI said that it was launching the faster Sora Turbo as a standalone product available at Sora.com to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users.
Sora Turbo comes with an array of new features. Users can generate videos of up to 1080p in widescreen, vertical or square aspect ratios. The videos can be up to 20 seconds long.
“You can bring your own assets to extend, remix, and blend, or generate entirely new content from text,” OpenAI said in the blog.
With the platform’s remix feature, users can replace, remove, or re-imagine elements in their videos. The re-cut feature helps users find and isolate the best frames, extending them in either direction to complete a scene. On the other hand, the 'Loop' feature will let the users trim down and create seamless repeating videos. They can also seamlessly blend two videos to create one.
The San Francisco-based company has also introduced new interfaces to make it easier for users to enter their prompt for Sora. They can now use text, images and video prompts to generate videos with the platform.
The storyboard tool also lets one specify inputs for each of the frames.
Subscribers of ChatGPT Plus, who pay $20 a month, will be able to create up to 50 priority videos with up to 720p resolution and five-second duration.
ChatGPT Pro subscribers, who pay $200 per month, can make 500 priority videos and unlimited relaxed videos in 1080p resolution of 20 seconds duration and five concurrent generations. They can also download these videos without a watermark.
