Motorola Unveils Razr 60 Ultra: Check Price And Key Specifications

Motorola has unveiled its next generation of foldable phones with the Razr lineup. The models in the latest series include the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra and the Motorola Razr 60. One of their distinguishing features is dust resistance. While the Ultra comes with significant upgrades, the phones will be available in a variety of finishes, including a wood finish.

Compared to the previous version of Ultra, the latest device has an improved display, battery and camera features. In the US, it will be called “Motorola Razr Ultra”, thus ending the naming along the lines of “Razr+ 2025”.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite powers the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra, coupled with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 15.

The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra comes with an IP48 rating. This will help in providing greater protection from bigger dust particles. Its thickness has increased to 7.2 mm/15.7 mm compared to 7.1 mm/15.3 mm in the previous Ultra. It is also heavier at 199 g, compared to the 189 g previously.

Apart from enhanced durability, it has also led to a 700 mAh rise in battery capacity to 4,700 mAh. It comes with 68W TurboPower charging and 30W wireless charging. This is an enhancement from 45 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging in the previous Ultra.

It has a cover display with a 4-inch P-OLED panel protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic. It has an LTPO display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colours and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. The peak brightness has risen to 3,000 nits from 2,400 nits.

It has a 7-inch main display with a 22:9 aspect ratio. The resolution and pixel density stand at 1224p+ and 464ppi, respectively. The peak brightness stands at 4,000 nits.

It has a 50 MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens and 1.0 µm pixels. It can be used for 8K video recording at 30 fps and 4K at 60 fps. Inside, it has a 50MP selfie camera with f/2.0 lens and 0.64 µm pixels.

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra will be available in four Pantone colours— Rio Red, Scarab, Mountain Trail and Cabaret.

Motorola Razr 60

The Motorola Razr 60 is a more affordable flip foldable and comes with an IP48 rating.

The Dimensity 7400X powers the Motorola Razr 60. Its battery capacity has been increased to 4,500 mAh, which is a rise of 300 mAh from the Razr 50. It comes with 30W wired and 15W wireless charging.

It has a 50 MP main module camera and a 13 MP ultra-wide, with macro mode. It also has a 32 MP module selfie camera. The main display comprises a 6.9” P-OLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1080p+ resolution.

Motorola Razr 60 Ultra, Razr 60 Expected Price

While the exact pricing is yet to be known, as per media reports, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is listed on Media Markt at EUR 1,299, which is about Rs 1,26,100, for the 16GB + 512GB variant.

The starting price of the Motorola Razr 60 is expected to be around Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000.
