The new iPhone SE 4 launch date report comes in stark contrast to earlier reports saying the new Apple iPhone would launch in late March or early April.

To the surprise of everyone, in his latest revelation, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has said that Apple is tipped to launch the low-cost iPhone SE 4 as early as next week. This comes in stark contrast to earlier reports (even from Gurman himself) saying the iPhone SE 4 will launch in late March or early April.
“The company expects to announce the device as early as next week, ahead of it going on sale later in the month,” wrote Gurman, citing people familiar with the development.
However, it may leave some fans disappointed as Gurman added that Apple is unlikely to host a launch ceremony for the iPhone SE 4 and will instead unveil it on its website. Considering that this phone is expected to be special, an event to announce it would have been quite welcome.
iPhone SE Inventory Drying Up In Stores
Signs of the impending arrival are evident. In numerous U.S. locations, Apple retail outlets have run out of stock of the current iPhone SE, which usually occurs prior to a new launch.
Gurman noted that although the phone is still for sale on Apple’s website, some models, such as the red model with 256GB of storage, won’t be shipped until March. Additionally, the supply of the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus is becoming low too.

The current SE model (2022) is outdated because it is the only iPhone without Face ID and still has a home button. This will all change in the iPhone SE 4, which could instead be called iPhone 16e.
The new iPhone will become the first SE to feature Face ID, and is expected to resemble the iPhone 14 in design with a single back camera and an LED flash on the upper left corner.
Unlike the iPhone SE (2022), which has a 12MP primary camera, the SE 4 is likely to include a single 48MP camera. It may also have a Smart HDR, Night Mode, which was missing in the predecessor.
The iPhone SE 4 price on launch is expected to make it the most affordable iPhone. Importantly, the SE 4 will be the most affordable iPhone with Apple Intelligence, allowing users to enjoy features such as Writing Tools, Image Playground, upgraded Siri, and more.
Gurman had earlier revealed the iPhone SE 4 price. He had said it may be under $500. In India iPhone SE 4 price on launch may be around Rs. 43,000 to Rs 49,000.
It may sport other major updates like a bigger battery with USB Type-C charging support, Apple-developed 5G modem (the first iPhone to have it), 8GB RAM (from 4GB earlier) with 128GB storage, and powerful A18 Bionic chip.
PowerBeats Pro 2 Earbuds Launch
The new PowerBeats Pro 2 earbuds may be unveiled around the same time as the iPhone SE 4, Gurman noted, may be as early as Feb. 11. These will be the first Apple earbuds with an integrated heart rate monitor, which the company plans to incorporate into AirPods.
