If you're an ardent fan of Formula 1 racing, there is good news coming your way. IBM and Scuderia Ferrari HP have launched a new AI-powered app that aims to bring the almost 400 million racing fans closer to cars, drivers and races they love.
The app includes an all-new Race Centre and Racing Insights built with IBM watsonx, the company's generative AI platform. These AI-powered features will offer fans all the Scuderia Ferrari HP action from race weekend.
The app, which is available in English and Italian, includes:
AI-Generated Race Summaries: Post-race recaps of the Scuderia Ferrari HP team's performance that are available within hours of a race's conclusion. LLMs on watsonx will transform the team's race data into narratives that include reflections from the Scuderia Ferrari HP drivers and team principal.
Post-Race Insights And Data Visualisations: Dynamic visuals will allow fans to interact with and see post-race driver and car data, including telemetry, weather, track conditions, session results, car and tire strategies.
