AI Impact On Jobs: Freshers Positive But Higher-Paid Employees Worried, Says Naukri.com's Pawan Goyal
Nations like India and China treat AI as a powerful tool to achieve untapped potential while developed nations look at it as threat, said Naukri.com's chief business officer.

Speaking about the impact of artificial intelligence on the current job market, Pawan Goyal, chief business officer at Naukri.com said on Thursday that freshers remain positive about new job opportunities which AI could bring but higher-paid employees are more worried about its impact.
Goyal emphasised AI is increasingly seen as an optimistic force in India, while being viewed with skepticism in the US.
"This shows the difference to the dynamics between developing and developed economies. Nations like India and China treat AI as a powerful tool to achieve untapped potential while developed nations look at it as threat," he said, during a televised interaction with NDTV Profit.
Manish Bhatt of Scarecrow M&C Saatchi said that AI is a broad and expansive concept that thrives under the light of ease and convenience, but its durability depends on its power to serve humanity meaningfully.
“AI is an exciting novelty that is expansive and far-reaching. It can positively impact the human race,” he said.
Impact On Creativity
Since marketing industry has traditionally concentrated on the top of the funnel, artificial intelligence helps marketers to improve efforts across every phase of the funnel, according to Harshil Karia, founder of Schbang.
Karia highlighted that top of funnel normally includes the awareness phase while other critical stages such as consideration, remarketing, and conversion go overlooked.
"At the top of the funnel, AI encourages creators to experiment with bold, unconventional ideas that were previously limited by production budgets,” he said.
The founder of Schbang also said that AI has become an important part of their daily work over the past one and a half years. It helps to ensure that creative concepts gain broader visibility, he said.
