Fenerbahce will hold a general assembly meeting next week. The candidates for chairman are Ali Koc, who is the current leader of the sports club. Aziz Yıldırım, who was the previous chairman also announced his candidacy and had pledged to bring Mourinho. However, Koc and his staff pursued the talks.
The Portuguese coach — one of the sport’s most recognized managers globally — was let go by Italian team AS Roma in January.
