La Opala RG Ltd.'s Q3 FY21 revenue performance was better than our as well as management expectations, led by strong demand during the festive season.
Retail demand came back to pre-Covid-19 levels and the momentum has continued even thereafter.
Q3 FY21 revenue was flat YoY despite losing some revenue on account of supply chain related issues. While profitability parameters in nine months FY21 are weak compared to corresponding period last year, we expect the same to reverse post normalisation and increase in capacity utilisation.
Bigger furnace has been started by the company in Q3 FY21 and the other one is under maintenance and expected to start from May 2021.
