Active subscribers saw strong growth as both Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel Ltd. added strong numbers, even as Vodafone Idea Ltd. continued to lose subscribers.
Industry gross subscribers increased by 3.4 million month-on-month to 1.15 billion in November 2020.
Active subscribers increased by a strong 7.4 million to 968 million in November 20 (the strongest subscriber addition in the past 13 months) – as economic activity potentially picks up.
