Systematix Research Report

We met with APL Apollo Tubes Ltd.'s management to better understand the company's growth strategy and near-term projections.

The management reiterated its sales volume guidance of 1.8 million tonnes per annum, 2.5 mtpa, 3.2 mtpa and 4 mtpa for FY22, FY23, FY24 and FY25, respectively.

By creating the market for structural tube-based construction in India and exploring the technology-based construction materials procurement marketplace, adjusted profit after tax has charted a multi-year growth strategy with a steady volume increase.

Additionally, APL Apollo Tubes has an impressive pipeline of new niche products to move up the value chain and is likely to maintain a lean capital structure.
