Solar EPC company Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. is set to declare its results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2024, soon. The company, in an exchange filing to BSE, said Q3 results will be announced following a meeting of its board of directors.
A subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd., Waaree Renewable Technologies boasts a market cap of over Rs 12,820 crore.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Q3 Results: Date And Time
Waaree Renewable Technologies is set to declare its standalone and consolidated financial results for the October-December quarter of FY25 on Thursday, Jan. 16.
The company, in a separate stock exchange filing, also said it would schedule an earnings call for analysts and investors to discuss its Q3 results at 4 p.m. on Jan. 17.
“This is to inform you that the conference call is being scheduled on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 04:00 P.M (IST) to discuss the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024,” the company said.
The leadership of the company, including executive director Hitesh Mehta, CFO Dilip Panjwani, and group finance controller Abhishek Pareek will be joining the conference call.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Interim Dividend
The board of directors of Waaree Renewable Technologies will also consider declaration of interim dividend at its Jan. 16 meeting.
“We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, inter alia to consider declaration of interim dividend to the equity shareholders along with fixing of record date for the said purpose,” it said.

Over the past week, Waaree Renewable Technologies' stock price has slipped more than 5%, while declining nearly 14% over a month on the BSE. In contrast, the stock has jumped 146% over the last year.
At 10:50 a.m., shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies were trading 9.07% higher at Rs 1,220 apiece on the BSE.

Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a 249.5% increase in revenue at Rs 524.47 crore for the second quarter of fiscal 2025, compared to Rs 150.06 crore for the same period last year. The company posted a net profit of Rs 53.52 crore, reflecting a 160.52% year-on-year growth for the three months ending Sept. 30, 2024, compared to Rs 20.54 crore for the same quarter in the previous financial year.
