In a stock exchange filing dated April 28, South Indian Bank said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 15 to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 to May 17, in compliance with SEBI guidelines on insider trading.

South Indian Bank Q3 Results
The bank reported a 12% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 342 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 305.38 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 6.89% YoY to Rs 2,817.84 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,636.23 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses increased 6.32% YoY to Rs 2,288.82 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2152.74 crore in the corresponding quarter of the preceding fiscal.
