Q4 Results 2025: Several companies are set to announce their financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 2025. Some marquee names include IT majors Wipro and Infosys, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Bank, Yes Bank and IREDA etc.
The earnings statements shared by these companies will give critical insights into their financial health and also paint an overall economic picture for the economy. Based on these insights, companies will share their future roadmap, including critical growth projections.
Investors should note that the stock exchanges will remain operational this week for only three days. This follows as Maharashtra observed a public holidays on Ambedkar Jayanti (April 14) and will observe one on Good Friday (April 18).

Q4 Results on April 15: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) Ltd., ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co., ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, MRP Agro Ltd., G M Breweries Ltd., Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom, Bombay Wire Ropes, Delta Industrial Resources and The Swastik Safe Deposit & Investments Ltd., will share their earnings updates.
Q4 Results on April 16: Wipro Ltd. and Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd. will announce their Q4FY25 on April 16. Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd., Swaraj Engines Ltd., GTPL Hathway Ltd., Heera Ispat Ltd, India Cements Capital Ltd, Infomedia Press Ltd, and Angel One Ltd. plan to declare their quarterly earnings on the same day.
Q4 Results on April 17: On this day, HDFC Life Insurance Co. and HDFC Asset Management Co. are one of the companies to announce their results. Further, Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd., IT giant Infosys Ltd., Tata Elxsi Ltd, and Indosolar Ltd. will also announce their quarterly results on Thursday.

IT major Wipro will release its Q4 and FY25 financial results on April 16 after market hours. In an exchange filing, the company informed that its Board of Directors will meet on April 15-16 to review and approve the audited financial statements. These will include standalone and consolidated results.
HDFC Banks Q4 Results
India’s largest private lender, HDFC Bank, will announce its Q4 FY25 results on April 19 after a board meeting. The board will also consider recommending dividends for FY25 and decide the record date.
Waaree Renewable Technologies Q4 Results
The company’s board is set to meet and review the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and year ended Mar. 31 on April 16, it said in an exchange filing.
Reliance Industrial Infra Q4 Results
Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 16. The meeting will review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2025. In the same meeting, the board will also consider recommending a dividend for FY25.
