Page Industries Declares Interim Dividend Following Q3 Earnings

Page Industries Ltd., the exclusive licensee of Jockey International and Speedo in India, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs 150 per share after reporting financial results for the third quarter. The company’s performance has been attributed to increased sales and improved operational efficiency.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 205 crore for Q3 FY25, marking a 34.3% increase from Rs 152 crore in the same period last year. Revenue grew by 7.1% year-on-year to Rs 1,313 crore, up from Rs 1,226 crore.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation rose by 33.6% to Rs 303 crore, compared to Rs 226 crore in the previous year. The Ebitda margin improved to 23%, up from 18.5% in the same quarter last year.

Page Industries is a leading player in the Indian innerwear and athleisure market. Established in 1994, the company holds the exclusive license to manufacture, distribute, and markets Jockey products in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the UAE. Additionally, Page Industries is the exclusive licensee of Speedo International for the Indian market, catering to the swimwear segment.

The interim dividend announcement comes as a positive development for investors, but despite that the stock price of the company fell 1.24% on Wednesday, after the results were announced. The stock was trading at Rs 46,327 apiece and the total trade volume of the stock was at 3.5 times 30-day average.

The relative strength index, a momentum oscillator used to measure the speed and magnitude of a security’s recent price changes, was at 50. RSI reading above 70 indicates that a security is overbought, while a reading below 30 suggests it is oversold.
