NTPC Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet in New Delhi on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 2025 (Q1FY26).
NTPC Q1 Results: Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in the company’s securities has been closed from July 1 in compliance with SEBI guidelines to prevent insider trading. The trading restrictions will remain effective till July 31.
NTPC Q4FY25 Results
NTPC reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 49,834 crore in Q4FY25, marking a 4.4% year-on-year increase from Rs 47,628 crore in Q4FY24. Ebitda rose 4% to Rs 14,754 crore from Rs 14,201 crore, with margins slightly easing to 29.6% from 29.8% a year ago. The company’s net profit advanced 23.4% to Rs 7,611 crore compared to Rs 6,169 crore in the year-ago quarter.
