In a stock exchange filing dated May 23, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 29 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Q3 Results
The company reported a 28.76% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 807.04 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 626.78 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income increased 30.4% YoY to Rs 3,430.06 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,631.08 crore in Q3 FY24. The PSU’s total expenses grew 28.33% YoY to Rs 2,367.49 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,844.85 crore in Q3 FY24.
