L&T Technology Services (LTTS) Ltd. will be announcing its results for the December 2024 quarter this week, the company has informed the stock exchanges.
Engineering services player L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has a total market cap valued at over of Rs 51,000 crore. Headquartered in Vadodara, the L&T subsidiary provides provides engineering research and development (ER&D) services to its clients.

LTTS Q3 Results Date And Time
In the stock exchange filing, LTTS Ltd. said that its board of directors will meet on Jan. 15 to consider and approve the financial results of the company for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2024.
“A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, along with the Limited Review Reports thereon,” the company said.
The results will be announced after stock market trading hours, LTTS said, without specifying the time.On the same day, LTTS will also hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 7 pm, during which, leaders of the company will take and answer questions.
LTTS Share Price History
Over the past week, shares of LTTS Ltd. have stayed largely flat, falling marginally by 0.37%. In the past month, the IT major's stocks have fallen 9.91% while declining more than 2.57% in six months and 10.7% in one year.
On Monday, the shares of LTTS Ltd. closed 1.49% lower at Rs 4,862 apiece, while benchmark Nifty ended at 23,085.95 after a loss of 1.47%.
LTTS Q2 Financial Performance
In the quarter ended Sept. 2024, LTTS reported a 7.8% year-on-year increase in its revenue to Rs 2,572.9 crore, as compared to Rs 2,386.5 crore in the same quarter previous year.
The net profit during the second quarter of FY25 rose 1.3% to Rs 320 crore on a year-on-year, from Rs 315.9 crore in the corresponding period of last fiscal.
