In an exchange filing dated June 23, the company informed that its trading window will be closed from July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the June 2025 quarter results are declared, in compliance with SEBI norms to prevent insider trading. The trading restrictions will be applicable to designated persons and their immediate relatives.
The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results, the company informed the bourses.
L&T Q4FY25 versus Q4FY24
L&T reported an 11% year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue from operations at Rs 74,392.28 crore in Q4FY25, compared to Rs 67,078.68 crore in Q4FY24. Net profit increased 25% to Rs 5,497.26 crore from Rs 4,396.12 crore a year ago. Ebitda increased 13.4% to Rs 8,203 crore against Rs 7,234 crore in the year-ago quarter, with margins improving slightly to 11% from 10.85% in the same quarter of the preceding financial year.
