ITC Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In a stock exchange filing dated May 8, ITC said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 22 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, for FY25.
ITC Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In an exchange filing dated March 27, ITC said that the trading window for dealing in its securities is closed for all designated persons and their relatives with immediate effect until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for FY25. The trading restrictions have been imposed in compliance with SEBI guidelines to prevent insider trading.

The company reported a 7.3% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 5,013.18 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 5,408.52 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income grew 8.5% YoY to Rs 20,945.82 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 19,308.85 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 12.2% YoY to Rs 14,413.88 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 12,848.12 crore in the year-ago period.
