Inox India Q4 Results: Profit Jumps 49%

Inox India Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 49% to Rs 65.5 crore in the fourth quarter for fiscal 2025, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.

Inox Q4 FY25 Highlights (Consolidated, YoY)

  • Revenue up 34% to Rs 369.4 crore versus Rs 276.5 crore.

  • Ebitda up 53% to Rs 81.6 crore versus Rs 53.2 crore.

  • Margin expands to 22.1% versus 19.2%.

  • Net profit up 49% to Rs 65.5 crore versus Rs 44.1 crore.

Dividend

The board of Inox recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share at a face value of Rs 2 each for fiscal 2025.

The proposed dividend will be subject to the approval from the shareholders at the company's annual general meeting. The record date to determine the eligible shareholders is set as June 4, 2025.

Managment Comment

"We concluded fiscal 2025 with robust growth, surpassing our financial targets across all business segments, demonstrating robust growth in both our top and bottom lines, even sequentially," Chief Executive Officer Deepak Acharya said.

"Looking ahead to fiscal 2026, we are focused on driving growth in high-potential sectors, such as hydrogen, helium, semiconductors, and ammonia, while continuing to meet the growing demand for air separation plant equipment," he said.

Shares of Inox closed 2.92% higher at Rs 1,122.2 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, compared to a 1.6% rise in the benchmark Nifty. The stock has fallen 14.69% in the last 12 months but risen 1.39% on a year-to-date basis.

Four analysts tracking the company recommend a 'buy' rating on the stock, according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential upside of 17.6%.
