Integrated zinc producer Hindustan Zinc Ltd. will soon announce its financial results for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, 2024. Hindustan Zinc, a Vedanta Group company, is the world's second-largest integrated zinc producer and the third-largest silver producer.
With a market cap of over Rs 1.91 lakh crore, the company holds a market share of about 75% of the primary zinc market in India. It supplies its products to more than 40 countries.

Hindustan Zinc in a stock exchange filing on Jan. 22 said that its board of directors will meet and consider the financial results for the October-December quarter on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
"The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, inter‐alia to consider the unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024," it said.

In a separate stock exchange filing, Hindustan Zinc announced that the company's senior management will participate in an earnings call on Jan. 28 at 5:45 p.m. to discuss the Q3 results.
"The Company will subsequently hold an earnings conference the same day at 17:45 hours IST, where senior management will discuss its results and performance," it said.

Hindustan Zinc Ltd. reported a 34.6% year-on-year increase in net profit for the second quarter of fiscal 2025, meeting analysts' expectations. The Vedanta Group company's profit for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2024, rose to Rs 2,327 crore, according to an exchange filing. Additionally, the integrated zinc producer's revenue grew 21.5% to Rs 8,252 crore, up from Rs 6,791 crore in the same period last year.
