Avenue Supermarts Ltd., the parent company of the DMart retail chain, is going to announce the results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 this week.

DMart is present across ten states, one union territory and the National Capital Region (NCR) region. It is headquartered in Mumbai. It has presence in 415 locations across the country.

DMart Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details

In an exchange filing dated April 24, Avenue Supermarts said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 3 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The filing did not mention if the Board will consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25. 

DMart Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure

In another exchange filing dated March 10, 2025, the company said that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for all designated and their immediate relatives from March 15 until 2 days after the declaration of financial results for Q4 and FY25.

The company is yet to provide information regarding an earnings call with investors and analysts to discuss the results for Q4 and FY25.

DMart Q3 Results

The company's consolidated net profit increased 4.8% year-on-year to Rs 723.54 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 690.41 crore in Q3 FY24. The company's revenue from operations increased 17.7% year-on-year to Rs 15,972.55 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 13,572.47 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 18.53% year-on-year to Rs 15,001.64 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 12,656.46 crore in Q3 FY24.

Shares of DMart have declined almost 6% in the past five trading sessions. In the past month, it has increased 1.08% and in the past six months, it has risen almost 5.57%. Over the past year, it has declined nearly 10% and on a year-to-date basis, it has risen almost 17%.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 5,484.85 on the NSE on Sep. 24, 2024. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 3,340 on March 3, 2025.
