In an exchange filing dated April 24, Avenue Supermarts said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 3 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The filing did not mention if the Board will consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.

The company's consolidated net profit increased 4.8% year-on-year to Rs 723.54 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 690.41 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s revenue from operations increased 17.7% year-on-year to Rs 15,972.55 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 13,572.47 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 18.53% year-on-year to Rs 15,001.64 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 12,656.46 crore in Q3 FY24.
