Coal India Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In an exchange filing dated April 21, Coal India said a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 7 to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board may also consider and recommend a final dividend, if any, for FY25.
Coal India Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for directors, promoters, designated employees and specified connected persons of the company and its subsidiaries from April 1 to May 9.
The trading window will re-open on May 12.

Coal India Q4 Results: Earnings Call
Coal India is yet to provide a schedule for an earnings call with investors and analysts to discuss the results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25.

Coal India reported a 17.5% year-on-year decline in its consolidated net profit to Rs 8,491.22 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 10,291.71 crore in Q3 FY24. Total revenue from operations fell 1% YoY to Rs 35,779.78 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 36,153.97 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses increased 4.25% to Rs 26,201.55 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 25,132.87 crore in Q3 FY24. The coal producer’s EBITDA in the December quarter stood at Rs 12,317.2 crore.

The share price of Coal India has fallen 2% in the past five trading sessions. In the last month, it has gained 0.85% while declining 12.64% in the past six months. Over the past year, it has fallen 17.35%, and on a year-to-date basis, it has fallen 1.48%.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 543.55 apiece on the NSE on Aug. 26, 2024. It hit a 52-week low of Rs 349.25 apiece on Feb. 17, 2025.
Shares of Coal India were trading 1.27% down at Rs 380.70 apiece on the NSE as of 10:12 a.m. on Tuesday. This compares to a 0.30% drop in benchmark Nifty 50.
