BEML Ltd. is scheduled to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal ended March 31, 2025, later this week.
The state-owned company confirmed the date of the upcoming earnings announcement through a filing with the stock exchanges.
State-owned BEML plays a key role in sectors such as defence mobility solutions, missile systems, metro and rail components. The company specialises in heavy equipment production, mining equipment and infrastructure modernisation.
BEML Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
BEML Ltd. has notified the stock exchanges that the company’s Board meeting will be held on Friday, May 23, to take up key financial matters. The agenda includes the consideration and approval of the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fiscal ended March 2025.
The Board will also discuss the recommendation of a final dividend for FY 2024-25, if any, at the upcoming meeting.
BEML Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
BEML Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window from April 1, 2025, in compliance with regulatory requirements ahead of its financial results. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, till May 25, in compliance with the regulatory norms on insider trading.
BEML Q3 Results
BEML reported a sharp drop in its consolidated net profit in the December 2024 quarter. Its net profit declined to Rs 24.41 crore, 50% against Rs 48.20 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations also declined to Rs 875.77 crore in Q3FY25, down more than 16% year-on-year compared to Rs 1,046.97 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24.

BEML shares hit a 52-week high of Rs 5,488 apiece on the NSE on July 5, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 2,350 apiece on March 3, 2025.
As of 11:56 a.m. on Thurday, BEML shares were trading 0.70% down at Rs 3,614 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.92% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
