AU Small Finance Bank will announce the results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 this week. The SFB announced the schedule for the meeting of its Board of Directors in a stock exchange filing on April 15.

AU Small Finance Bank will announce its Q4 and FY25 results on Tuesday. In an exchange filing, it said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on April 22, 2025, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
The bank’s Board will also consider and recommend a dividend on equity shares, if any, for FY25.

In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the lender will remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1 till April 24.

In another exchange filing, the bank announced that it has scheduled an earnings call with analysts and investors at 5:30 p.m. on April 22 to discuss the results for the fourth quarter and financial year 2024-25.
"We wish to inform that the Bank will host a group conference call with analysts and investors on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 5:30 PM (IST) wherein the senior management of the Bank will discuss the Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2025 with the participants," the company said.

AU Small Finance Bank Q3 Results
AU Small Finance Bank reported a 41% increase in its profit after tax year-on-year to Rs 528 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 375 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. The bank’s net interest income rose 53% year-on-year to Rs 2,023 crore in the third quarter of FY25, against Rs 1,325 crore in Q3 FY24. The net interest margin for Q3 stood at 5.9%.
