(Bloomberg) -- President Vladimir Putin declared he's running for a fourth term in elections in March, ending months of speculation over his plans to rule Russia.
Putin made his announcement at the GAZ factory in Nizhny Novgorod after being asked by a worker to confirm his intentions, after declining to do so earlier Wednesday at a youth rally in Moscow.
