Prime Minister Modi took a swipe at the opposition party over the silence of leader Shashi Tharoor in the session.

"Who was behind the Indus Waters Treaty? Nehru was. Where was the origin of the rivers? In India. The treaty was a betrayal to the country," said PM Modi.
