(Bloomberg) -- New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal instructed prosecutors to dismiss pending charges as of Feb. 22 for any marijuana offense that is no longer illegal under state law.
The directive comes after Governor Phil Murphy signed bills legalizing recreational marijuana.
