Dr Umar Mohammad, alias Dr Umar Un Nabi, who has been identified as the man behind the Delhi blast, was in contact with a Turkiye-based handler codenamed 'Ukasa', NDTV reported citing sources.

Delhi Blast Live: Car Used In Blast Sold 5 Times In 11 Years
NDTV reported that investigators have found that the i20 car which exploded near Red Fort on Monday evening had exchanged ownership five times over 11 years.
2014: First purchased by Nadeem from a Gurugram showroom.
2017: Sold to Salman of Shanti Nagar, Gurugram, who registered it in his name.
2024: Salman sold it to Devendra from Okhla, Delhi, via a used-car agency, but registration didn’t transfer.
Later, Devendra exchanged it with Amit Patel, owner of Royal Car Zone in Faridabad.
Oct 29, 2025: Aamir Rashid and an associate bought the car for Rs 1.70 lakh after seeing an OLX ad. Documents showed an address in Pulwama, J\&K.
Sources as per NDTV say Dr. Umar Mohammad, the prime suspect, paid for the car. It remains registered under Salman’s name
